Getting Started

How does erasmAI work?!
erasmAI It has a wide range of networks and makes filters by making analyzes according to the entered information and conditions.

ErasmAI is an AI-powered platform focused on the world of Erasmus that analyzes users' personal data to help them find and join projects. Users can complete their profiles to find projects that match their experience and interact in the Erasmus community.

For organizers

Compliance with the project conditions and participant profile conditions created by the organizers is ensured. If the conditions are complied with, other steps are taken.
If the conditions are met, erasmAI moves on to the second step. In this step, it is checked whether the features such as the given description and the subject of the project are compatible with the profiles of the participants.
User ratings; Features such as evaluation and scoring received in previous projects come into play.
The participants helpfulness within the community, participants mastery of projects, and the content participants creates in forums and blogs.

Process

How to use erasmAI?

Creating an organization
From the Organizations menu, first select Institution, Association, Company, School, etc. You must create it. Entering the information correctly will allow your Page to stand out and reach more audiences.

For more information about how organizations work, visit our frequently asked questions page

To learn about API integrations and more and to perform these operations with 3D Part software , visit our page for Developers.

Create projects

Once the operations of your organization page are completed, you are now ready to add projects. You can now add a project by clicking the Create Projectsection section on your organization page.
The Terms you create within the project will be analyzed by artificial intelligence. Thus, immediately after adding a project, participants with these features will be listed in the Directory section. Important details such as which countries are the participants of the project you have created, their age ranges, and a description must be entered.
Some of the most important things to consider when creating a project: When you add a project, you have the right to ask 3 additional questions.

Text, Yes or no, Multiple options.

When creating a project, you must specify whether a visa is required or not. If you want to avoid unnecessary applications and analyses, it will be sufficient to fill in all information completely.

Note

The project information you enter into the system is processed by artificial intelligence only once. Since you will not be able to correct important fields later (Some fields), you must enter all information correctly.

You can watch the video about how the projects are created.
Working Method for Organizers: erasmAI embeds project application criteria in its memory, analyzing the needed participants. It scrutinizes all registered participants' information and informs individuals with high potential matching the projects available in the system. Unsuitable profiles, failing to meet the project criteria, are promptly filtered, presenting a refined list for evaluation, hence eliminating the need for scrutinizing each application. To garner more evaluations from erasmAI and achieve optimal outcomes, specifying the number of required individuals in the system suffices. This allows the system to list the most suitable individuals by analyzing diverse functions such as age, hobbies, profile information, country, gender, previous project ratings, and reviews. Grading System for Organizers: Organizers influence the system by assigning ratings to participants in their projects, determining individuals' scores for subsequent projects. This practice enhances productivity in projects, fostering greater cohesion among participants, and the ratings also indicate the roles participants play in projects. Proof for Organizers: The proof module, working under erasmAI, facilitates document exchange, photo sharing, content creation (e.g., articles), and ensures organized transmission of tickets, invoices, and expenses to organizers. This systematization translates to time-saving in compiling and managing expenses.
In Summary: It enables digital coordination between Participants and Organizers, streamlining processes from application to project completion. Participants fill in their information once, allowing multiple applications without repetitive data entry. For Organizers, it facilitates efficient selection of individuals best suited for projects, digitizing the compilation of invoices, tickets, and expenses, thereby saving time.
Scoring and Grading: Ratings consider prior project participation, helpfulness within the system, personal attributes, skills, age, and various other factors. These data generate a score, statistically showcasing an individual's abilities relevant to the project, presented to the organizer.

Application procedures

Once applications are submitted, running erasmAI is just a click away

Get answers to practical, detailed questions

Applications show you the ones that meet your conditions. Thus, the system automatically eliminates candidates who are incorrect and do not meet the conditions.

If you want to manually check applications or see the AI's preferences, just set your limits and the results will be listed quickly.

Just one click.

erasmAI saves you time by evaluating the applications. The artificial intelligence tool lists the people who are most suitable for your project, so that you do not experience Project-Participant conflicts in your projects, and reports the participant profiles' hobbies, talents, and language skills in detail. You can detail the applications with a single click, so you can see at what points the participants received additional points in their profiles. This saves you time and makes it easier for participants to apply. And all this happens with just one click.

Getting Started Participants

erasmAI is an artificial intelligence tool developed by Finderasmus. Despite being at a preliminary stage, this tool yields nearly perfect results.
CV and Application Process: Participants desiring project participation fill in their information once. erasmAI analyzes this data and suggests suitable projects. Upon meeting project criteria, participants can apply, and the system notifies the organizers after analysis.
Ratings consider prior project participation, helpfulness within the system, personal attributes, skills, age, and various other factors. These data generate a score, statistically showcasing an individual's abilities relevant to the project, presented to the organizer.
